Panacea Ristorante

Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dall’atmosfera rilassante e accogliente che si respira fin dall’ingresso. Il locale è arredato con gusto e attenzione, e ho apprezzato particolarmente la disposizione dei tavoli, studiata per garantire un distanziamento confortevole che permette di godersi il pranzo in totale tranquillità e privacy. La vera protagonista è però la cucina fusion, eseguita con grande maestria: ogni piatto propone sapori ben distinti ma armoniosi, frutto di un equilibrio sapiente tra ingredienti e tecniche diverse. La qualità delle materie prime è evidente, e la presentazione dei piatti è curata, invitante e moderna, capace di stimolare non solo il palato ma anche la vista. Il servizio è stato cortese e professionale, sempre attento senza essere invadente, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente vantaggioso: un equilibrio raro da trovare che rende Panacea una scelta ideale per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica di livello in un ambiente confortevole e moderno. Infine, un tocco di simpatia e originalità che ho trovato particolarmente gradevole è stato lo scatto con una Polaroid con dedica che il personale ha offerto prima del conto: un gesto semplice ma che aggiunge un valore personale e memorabile all’esperienza, lasciando un ricordo tangibile del pranzo

Siamo stato in questo ristorante qualche settimana fa, prenotando tramite una smartbox. È stata una bellissima esperienza. Personale gentilissimo fin dalla prenotazione, locale accogliente e molto curato. Cibo molto buono. Abbiamo mangiato la Wagyu e realmente si scioglieva in bocca. Il locale propone una varia scelta da piatti classici di carne o pesce arrivando fino ad un nigiri di capocollo, stracciatella e melanzane. Alla fine della serata ci è stata regalata una nostra polaroid come ricordo dell' esperienza.

We stopped at this place while traveling south during a multi week trip in Italy. The owners were incredibly gracious. The restaurant itself has a very pleasant ambiance. The food was for the most part spectacular. The wine pours were generous. In addition to the dishes we ordered the chef presented us with two mouth watering treats. As others have mentioned the spaghetti assesina was spectacular. All these dishes were presented beautifully. The downfall of the meal was the secundo, a mixed seafood plate. The problem for me with this plate was that everything was breaded and fried. I realized later this is a traditional presentation. Calamari, fish, shrimp and octopus. And served simply with lemon. Perhaps I should have inquired about the preparation but I feel the same seafood would have been much better (at least more to my liking) if it had been sautéed and served with some greens preferably some seaweed. Also a sauce would have been nice. A disappointing end to an otherwise fabulous meal.

One of the best in Bari. Dined here on 3 different occasions so far in quite different periods of time and they were always consistent with creativity, quality, portions, service and ambiance. Each dish is well researched, the food and drink menu is very clear with no ambiguity on ingredients, allergies or prices. The staff are at hand to help you or recommend something but without force, and they genuinely want to know if you enjoyed the food and experience. They welcome conversation and feedback from the diners- it doesn't surprise me that they constantly improve. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Really delicious! The service is so kind and accommodating, the food is fresh, genuine and very creatively prepared, and the ambience is great!
